Chinese Vice President: ‘U.S. economy has a strong capacity to repair itself’

Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping, who is likely to become the leader of China’s ruling Communist Party in 2012, further praised the U.S. economy’s potentials saying, “We believe that the U.S. economy will achieve even better development as it rises to challenges."

The Chinese vice president was speaking to corporate executives from China and the U.S. It should be noted that U.S. Vice President Joe Biden was also present at Friday’s meeting.
